Service Description

Includes: -Complimentary 1 Hour Discovery Call -3 pages (Ex: Home, About Me, Contact) -SEO, social media integration, email opt-in sequence automation -Photo resizing and editing -Shopify, WiX, Ionos Any additional need (i.e. product pages, portfolio pages, testimonials, galleries, etc.) may result in additional hours which will be invoiced separately at a rate of $35 per hour or with the addition of a tiered service package of your choice at the discounted rate of $30 per hours(for 15 hours or more). Any costs due to the website design (i.e. specialized themes, etc.) or any vendors deemed necessary to facilitate the completion of the website (Klayviyo, Hubspot, etc.) will be the client's responsibility.

Cancellation Policy

24 notice of cancellation or rescheduling for consultation or update calls would be ideal. However, I understand things come up outside of our control. Please follow up on any schedule changes with a text or WhatsApp message to ensure timely communication. It will be greatly appreciated! Booking a service is non-refundable. If there is an issue with a service, please reach out to me directly so we can find a resolution. All packages are booked on a 1-time basis and are not subject to auto-renewal unless otherwise specified by the client. At the time of booking please specify if you will be using your booked hours in 1 week or by month. I reserve the right to end our contract at any time if communication on the client's end is lacking, the client is abusive or intentionally difficult in any manner, or if it is simply not a good fit. In this case, a refund may be applicable.
